it's a CYCLE yes it will inevitably go back up, especially when you consider the current supply and demand characteristics, I.e significant demand, and not significant supply... but as to when then that's anyone's guess
look at all other commodities they are cyclical by nature because the boom causes the bust and vice versa
I'd say imo but it's actually just the nature of the beast
