Short answer is, hopefully not. Our intended outcome is as you have described and with positive news under our belt we would hope that the ELF will continued to be repaid without further incentive. The loan book after this program is fully subscribed will still be $10M-$11M so plenty of capacity to fund further budgets and following years.
