The short term price of cobalt isn't helping...
Unless of course a few guys with a little foresight and deep pockets have been waiting for confirmation of just how good the resource is. Then they might start snapping them up cheap and pushing them closer to their actual value...
Either way it'll help those with long term targets for sure...
