Surely Ryan isn't so silly as to come out with the comments he did without having some knowledge to back it up. I think the minister may be getting a little desperate. My prediction. Minister will be booted. Anything approved over this shutdown period will become void. How long that'll all take, who knows. Will Axiom then be awarded licences? who knows. if I had to guess I'd say none of it will be resolved this year.
