We have an estimated date for the court of appeal for March 6th. So about 3 weeks out. Seems a while now from the disappointment of last year and no doubt the government of VIC will feel embouldend by the outcome of the last hearing.

Time to keep an eye on the daily hearing list to see when this appeal is scheduled. Have BOD confirmed in any of their Anns the 6th March 2019 as a provisional date ?
