On page 10 of the Mgmt Presentation one milestone reached says: Mining licenses granted by NTgvnmt.
I was of the impression that TNG was granted Mining Leases and is still waiting for mining licenses which will only be granted after the MMP is finalized.
if this another famous example of TNGs famous glitch world it would be a serious one. I hope i missed something.
