I have been reading and discussing those multi hundreds of Chinese NP stations since 2005!
What is the AISC for PDN? If I recall it was relisted in 2017 after a 6 months absence but I think there was a SP consolidation so those previous LT holders were most likely wiped out of their capital.
Bottom trawlers have most likely been accumulating since 2011 and only the recent circa 1 year have the 'smart' money started punting on this energy source. I wonder why the Chinese didn't contemplate buying basement supply in PDN to feed their perceived new 345 new NP generators like they did pre-Fukushima in the for of EXT?
Flip the URA etf and you see it went straight up to that down trendline last week with a rejection bearish weekly bar.The Oz U sector is still dead and only DYL is showing some signs although like PDN, that SP consolidation has also wiped out the LT holders. So from this perspective, you are getting in at the bottom but it can be stuck there for a long time.
