The evolution of ordering a pizza - spot the issue:
day 1 - customer goes to Dominoes store - orders, waits and takes home
day 2 - customer goes to dominos.com - orders online - and its delivered
day 3 - customer goes to menulog.com - sees offers from many restaurants - finally decides on pizza
day 4 - customer gets offers from menulog.com - tonight cheap Thai - dominoes loses out
day 5 - customer never goes to dominoes store or dominos.com ever again - instead goes to menulog.com
day 6 - ???
