 The reality is that this particular investor of ANS from China did not pay for the shares subscription of $3 million at 0.013 (discounted price) since third quarter of 2018. It has been over due for many months since August 2018. If you are in this sophisticated investor's position and live in China, what would you do?

You and Grace mentioned that investors lining up even at 0.020 for the ANS shares? Are you dreaming? The reality is that this sophisticated investors of ANS has not paid for the shares at 0.013 at big discount from 0.017 for more than 6 months

Please go back and read the ANS announcement on 2 August 2018 regarding this CR of $3 million from this sophisticated investor. On the same announcement, ANS also disclosed to the market that they have made an initial subscription of SDL shares for $750K with the condition to be given exclusive right by SDL until 31 August 2018 to discuss and advance the development of SDL project. Subsequently, the acquisition deal with SDL and noteholders was signed in September 2018 and further it was extended from 31 Dec 2018 to 31 March 2018.
