Funnily enough I was listening to ABC radio this very morning, they were talking about this very subject, there are companies that don't pay the tax and pass that responsibility on to shareholders, I believe I heard that Transurban was one mentioned, but there were quite a few, the TAX still gets paid, but the shareholder pays it at their nominal rate, that is a much fairer system than what Bill Shorten is proposing.
