If they really had a 'company changing announcement' up their sleeve they would have been able to do a proper placement to sophisticated investors at a decent price, not a massively diluting rights issue to holders partly backed up by some unknown Perth broker which sees the SP get trashed.
So don't hold your breath waiting ...
