When you are a professional trading house/broker you don't pay per transaction you pay a subscription fee. So these guys can do 1 trade or a million trades and it won't make a difference to their transaction costs. Hence they unleash an aglo that just rapid fires at a particular price.... no matter what you do, it will keep it at .015c, short of a few line wipes to turn the algo off.
Well, in this instance. There are buyers..so maybethey aretop ofthestack also, in which case one would have a complaint...outsidethat, it is what it is.
someone selling shares, admittedly in a very strange fashion.
but why sell into the same price...its already held there, may even have been a couple of non related trades with people selling into .015.
no one's interested in .016 today...maybe they're slowly coming upthe buy stack and figure they will get their price at this rate .
is it a deterrent play ? Is it chart shaping or vwap control?
would/should a complInt overthis trigger an investigation?
