So the way I'm looking at things right now if management acquires an interesting product/technology we no longer become a shell or other option vote some new management who we have no idea what their plan is or are in the bio tech sector
even though they screwed me hard I will be voting for current board to stay I reckon it will be the best way to recover some of my money
