Seems like ABS will get $25mill for selling their 19% share of FUN. Not much money in the whole scheme of how much in debt ABS are but I'm sure they'll be happy to take the cash. It reads to me, that even if the takeover is not successful, ABS are happy to sell their shares and take the cash, but I'm happy to be corrected on this. (only skimmed the ann. pretty quickly earlier)
