Momentum continues to shift in our favor (albeit slooooowly)
- twice as many buyers than sellers (600k shares on the buy side vs 240k on the sell side), historically this was 1:1 at best
- post WBC substantial holder notice buyers surged to >1m shares
- a couple more days in the black and SIS could break out of the downtrend, which has arguably become self sustaining
