Out of curiousity any one care to explain why Jason ‘obviously’ hasn’t stepped down from the WFE board considering they have completed their acquisition As well and are now just waiting on relisting?
To me the main difference is that the performance shares were paid here.
Also Kibali and Nizi aren’t completed, so to me it would seem it’s job half done. Surprised he managed to have kids with that attitude.
