    What is ...9999.9999...?
    y = ...9999.9999...
    10 y = ...9999.9999... =  y

    Therefore y=...9999.9999... = 0
    That makes sense?
    ...9999.9999... = ...9999 + 0.999... = (-1) + 1 = 0

    N.B.: 0.9999... = 1 and ...9999 = -1
