To be honest if they find good grades on the JV owned leases I would recommend mining them the same way as the small mechanical miners do chasing cobalt rich veins so you don't waste time or capacity ala Glencore style in processing low grade dirt!!

When your actual processing bottleneck is processing itself, as it's appearing to be via plant capacity, align the business to that and avoid outlaying tens of millions setting up infrastructure. Stay mobile as much as possible and on to the next one.........
