I sold my PPS shares last June, for Tax reasons, at 83c. I wanted to get back in but they then kept rising and I thought they were overvalued over $1.
Then with all the market turmoil I was (and perhaps still am) a bit bearish in the short term and haven't bought back in.

I like the company and the space they are playing in and am constantly watching given their volatility and potential to prosper or die quickly.
I previously valued them quite highly using a sum of parts valuation. (this is basically because some operations are loss making and would reduce the value of the company if it is valued as a whole, and the international operations should have positive value, not negative or zero.) I will have to complete some new calcs in the next week or so to reevaluate.
But generally, I am happy to sit and wait for the next FOMC rate rises before investing in anything at the moment.

Yes I first heard of them from BP.
