Funny how much seems to have changed in the last 9-10 months and I still don't think the spec market is in great shape.
Seed/IPO were selling this under 20c when I stumbled upon it a few weeks after listing last year. Had an EV of like $10-15m and historic drills were solid enough that it looked a great prospect.
Fast forward to today and you have A1G hitting fully diluted MC of $40m and EV of around $26m or something like that on a prospect that hasn't even been drilled yet. I wish I had gone much, much harder back then but that's another lesson learnt.
