Has anyone read the Pit Street story on DCL this morning., page-9

 Here is a current  example of a Independent disclosure statement. IMO Clearly a stark contrast to the the wording of the Pit st Disclosure attached to their domacom story yesterday.

A report with this sort of disclaimer would have been preferable IMO.
