- fragile model, giant platform customers turning into competitors
- black box business, riddled with 'dependencies' and no visibility on what's really happening
- fickle and unreliable end-customer - SME's
- total wipe-out scenario waiting to happen if Microsoft step in and offer a better back-up
- immense quantities of shares just come out of escrow ensures endless supply if there is any uptick in SP
