Only thing i am interested in is the drilling. LKO has to remember it's a mining / exploration company and so it needs to do just that. Court cases, albeit very important, really are secondary and can't rely on the outcome / timeframe when legal proceedings will come to an end.
That said aren't decisions for appeals handed down fairly sharpish ?
