Bull247, notwithstanding the previous non IPO capital raises, isn't an IPO is by definition a 'raise'? i.e. the company is raising funds from the public.
Also even if only $2k allocation per applicant (which I doubt, more likely all of a 'base amount' then a certain percentage of shares applied for above this), $2g this is surely more than 'not any'?
