Yes I'm pretty sure it can be done. I think one of the Company's I had did another option excise for the options I had ie. in this instance you'd get X amount of options for having how ever many RLEOA'S you'd have. What Scott should of done is have them as the same excise date as the OB'S in the first place!!!!
