Buy the remaining million odd shares?
The top 15 or 18 holders are basically management or related in fact top 50 holds 75 percent I. E. Only 25 percent held otherwise . I don't think it's an overnight game of becoming rags to riches. Patience, good work, fund investments, private placements, potential takeover by another company is what in my view will take it to the next level.
