How does the scrap tyre industry works ? my motorcycle dealer has to pay for someone to discard the tyres. He pays per tyre discarded. The customer pays a waste fee when he changes his tyres there. Now the company brings the tyres to be disposed he pays the collection yard per weight. does the collection yard tyen pay PG1 to take the tyres ?
