We will see what happens, however I don't put much faith in the current BOD (as if I have to say that). I'm tired of the BS we have gone through in the past year mainly due to poor management.

I'm here for the resource. Now all AVZ needs is someone who can manage the company properly and install some confidence back to the SH that that is what is happening. I want to wake up in the morning and not worry about a pathetic BOD and think THE COMPANY IS BEING MANAGED PROPERLY AND OUR BEST INTERESTS ARE BEING LOOKED AFTER. IMO.
