First as posted imo its to late to just abolish negative gearing.
But if the DH's (govts) are going to have interest tax deductions for investors in investment homes then the DH's (govts) should include home buyers interest as tax deductible ie level playing field,and the DH's (govts) should make rent tax deductible.
But they are all DH's excluding me ?
Anyway posts should be more interesting after a 'penn presentation' tomorrow.
