Even before the recent INAMI approval on 14th of December 2018 the targeted timeline given by Triton for completed finance package rollout was mid 2019, construction to follow quickly thereafter also targeted to commence mid 2019.

This gives Triton 3.5 months to secure mining ministers signature & execute the financing package.

One can only assume that financing arrangements are all but finalised pending ministers signature. We know that 3 companies have flagged their desire to participate in the equity funding of the project, these being Shangdon, Pinnacle & Suzhou.

It would be reasonable to also assume that these parties have/are making the necessary arrangements monetary wise now in anticipation for the mining concession signature so as not to delay the financing package.

MCC & Suzhou have also had 3 months to date for & finalization on Ancuabe mine design. Hopefully this collaboration can help Triton avoid any ergonomic or design flaws .

If we can secure signature in the next 8 weeks that still leaves around 6-8 weeks to release the prospectus/placement to ordinary shareholders before completing the finance package making way for shovels at Ancuabe.

I'm of the opinion that Triton will include a fully underwritten placement to ordinary shareholders to participate in financing, keeping investor base on side.

Despite the 2 month wait to date for mining concession signature it is still possible for Triton to meet targeted construction & production timelines.
