All brokering houses have an international desk / you can set up an account to sell to GPL shares later. It took me only 5 minutes with Comsec.to set up.
P.S. Whilst doing that they advised there are dedicated hedge funds that play just takeovers activity. There speciality is identifying an arbitrage opportunity in the case of BDR.
