    Done,
    General enquiry made.
    They say two business days,
ok, may come to nothing, but doing nothing has the same result, doing something, gives a glimmer of hope

    To Whom it may Concern

I want to report an unbelievable coincidence noted with the trading of ANW (ASX) today 13 Feb 2019, time about 10:26.

ANW opened with Buyers seeking approx 4.5 million shares at 1.5cps, , and sellers offering approx. 1.8million shares at 1.6cps.

A couple of sales had gone through earlier in the morning at 1.5cps.

I chose to BUY 500000 ANW at market price .016.

My order  took approx. 10 seconds to be received, placed and completed by my broker.

Returning immediately to the ANW depth list provided by my broker, I noticed that during the previous say 30 seconds, all shares at .016 had been sold. Thats 1.3 million more than I had bought, also that the BUY side was stacked at .016 with 3 orders totaling over 500k shares. My Buy price.

I find it questionable that on a quiet ANW morning, so much activity took place in a sub one minute period of time.

For some time, I have speculated that the ANW price is being manipulated.

    Today’s activity reinforces that belief.

I have briefly read ASX Rule 13.4 which appears to discourage this type of activity.

Please advise if there are further rules I may digest to familiarize myself further with the subject.

Further, the continual artificial churn of shares that I suspect was apparent today, will have a marked effect on the VWAP of ANW, which also has issued convertible notes with VWAP related clauses and are due to mature shortly.

I further note that the ASX itself has twice recently issued a Price Query to ANW , replies dated 26/11/2018, and 16/1/2019, and have to ask myself if the ASX is asking the question to the appropriate party?.

    My question is,

If the quick succession of buying and selling, (which appears to have been triggered by my 500k share purchase today), is not a coincidence, and likely to come under the Banner of Manipulation, then is this something I must expect, and accept, as an ASX investor, or do you advise laying an official complaint to ASX Market Surveillance?

    Best Regards
