Why is everyone distracted by pipeline charges to Wallumbilla? IMHO, very little CTP gas will get past Mt Isa.
CGP is showing 13Tj/day going north today.

Also, the Tanami gas pipe is nearly ready to go. While Newmont is buying gas from PWC, the molecules are CTP's. Newmont is not telling how much gas they will take - obviously enough to justify a $170m pipeline.

So even when PV13 is connected, any transfers South down CGP would be small, more likely nil, all balanced by contributions from Blacktip.
For IPL, the gas currently supplying the Phosphate Hill complex from Wallumbilla can be pumped East instead to supply Gibson Island. That is where the backhaul benefits lie and they accrue to IPL.
