What risk?
More delays with the permit are possible but significant delays are unlikely. Hardly a significant risk.
They've got an extraction method (requires optimisation).
They've got an assay method (requires optimisation).
Existing results that are just scratching the surface point to a world class resource (the assay results will tell us how rich it is).
Access to capital won't be a problem as their capital requirements are tiny (~$10M) and they might even be able to self-finance the plant build.
The main problem I've got with it is the slow startup production rates but the SP will be in the $$$ before we get close to mining anyway.
