    When you can run 5km laterals, you simply don't need access to "most of the countryside."   And if your logic is correct, and most of the countryside is off limits, then how on earth did PNR win approval?  Are we to believe that site was so uniquely situated that no other sites would qualify?  As per usual, methinks our Refracktion is a bit of a zealous fabricator.
