What I like here is the high grade resource component, 4.1mt @ 4.7g/t for 628,000 oz. There is some depth associated.

If they can push the high grade area to over 1 million ounces at greater than 4 g/t with an AISC around AUD$1,000 then there might be a re-rating of the share price.

Currently only a 37m market cap, but with just over 1 billion shares on issue.

Capital raising in April 2018 at 3.2c, then another in December at 2.8c.

Most pundits see it as a takeover target at some stage by SBM, which will probably occur, but when?

I wish I had purchased SBM shares in 2014, they were 10 cents, today $5 - what a return!

I don't see shareholders making a huge deal of money here, but when compared to term deposits in a bank, it should be quite good, and something approaching 100% by takeover time (if purchasing at the current price of 3.4c) - i.e. takeover at between 6c and 6.5 cents.

You need to not be too greedy, too quickly, and to have patience and some luck, if you are to get a 100% return on an investment.

What do you need for a 5,000% percent return?
You need to have been gifted shares in SBM in 2014 by a long lost uncle or aunt in their will, and subsequently stayed the course. We can dream.
