Very interesting read. I wonder if Chinas drive to reduce pollution but still maintain production of steel within similar quantities currently produced, may make Chinese steelmakers source other avenues of supply in a way of sustaining that supply in the event of Vale like threats to the supply chain. Maybe new currently unused mining assets such as GRR's Southdown project to partner or indeed a short path to that - GRR itself.
Has to make some sense.
