I've touched base with both ASX and ASIC, as well as the takeovers panel

A related party (being the ex-chairman) potentially receiving up to 30M+ shares at all time lows, and on an opt out basis stinks to me, even more so after the company is potentially threatened with a board challenge

The cash burn here for the lack of action is far too high 

I may have a proposal for holders here. We have 6 weeks before this buy back occurs, until then it's a pretty loose register

The smallest bit of action, reduction of costs and locking in of drill program or optioning alternate deal would see this multiples higher

2,000 shareholders getting their stock piltchered at all time lows by related party ? No thanks ... I'll stand up against this happily
