From memory I have posed the same question periodically over a 10+ year period. How are these people allowed to continue to trade? Davisite, you listed the various incarnations and, as night follows day, they will rename and re-invent themselves.  Which begs the question, WTF are ASIC doing? What is the point of a regulator if they don't actually regulate? There are directors earning a good wage here. And, conversely, there are shareholders new to the company who will, based on the track record of these people, most likely do their dough.
