Is Orocobre a target for a takeover??

Hi all, 

I have been monitoring this stock for a while, 
would anyone have any insights/ views as to ORE being a target company?
Lithium production is set to increase and in turn demand with future use of electric vehicle, and first mover european car makers and countries, i.e Volvo/ France pledging to go green by the next circa 10 years?

What are your thoughts? 

My views are that this would have happneded a while ago?
