And in the debt financimg they also have to payout the $20m loan facility from masons from the last “deal”......
So they will have some $45-$65m in debt. No way they will get it at less than 12%......that means between $5.4m and $7.8m annually in interest payment....oh yeah.....they have that covered from current free cash.....not. Hahahah
