I'd like to think half of Tandarra would be worth more than that Riv. My logic is why sell it cheap, greenfield gold projects don't just come up for grabs every day of the week. It's a sellers market for NML if they actually want to sell their piece of it and as you've said there are a number of parties that would potentially be interested in it which would create a small bidding war. $40M is nothing for one of these companies to come up with, to put it in perspective for KLA it's just over 1km of driveage at Fosterville at $30M a km in their decline at their 1 in 7 angle.
