Sounds like the T/O offer is on the prime ministers and department of energy’s desk for approval though seems like PDZ management don’t have their support otherwise they wouldn’t have pulled the trigger on taking legal action. If nothing happens soon then the company needs to make a song and dance about to make it a public relations nightmare for the polish government.
