Don't forget the GAS board has to agree to the sale price.
If no sale no shares commission to Highbury.
Also the higher the sale price Highbury get a higher fee when they sell their options to the proposed buyer.
That is my interpretation of what we have been advised of the option agreement with the Corporate M&A Advisor to GAS.
