This sell off was called along time ago. I’m surprised shareholders seem surprised by the sell off by Mr Davidson. It was inevitable and a forgone conclusion. Looks strikingly like a phoenix scam given the set up of the new solar business up in Broome in the old CCE / EMC building. This is made worse by the fact Mr Davidson is a friend of Ms MacTiernan. Perhaps Mr Davidson knows something we don’t!!!! I note that Ms MacTeirnan spends a lot of time up there as well. Coincidence? Quite possibly.
