if your keen go look at Rangatira. It has been operating for 80 years, majority owned by a chartible trust, started by an Aussie in NZ. Listed on the Unlisted Sock Exchange (yes, there are stock markets for stocks not on a stock exchange.
This stock charges no management fees and is valued at 80% of it's NAV. Only problem is it's in NZ
