The issue for KNL is not the ATO. 
That is an easy issue to sort out.
The issue is whether they can raise enough funds to keep the business going and how, and then to pull off one of the big ticket items they have been after for so many years.
And it is a really big ticket. We are very close I think (I too have been in this for a long time) and holders just need to have the nerve to hang in there. Some small parcel holders lost their cool today. And sure, sometimes it is better to run like a scared rabbit and fight another day, but why be in this game in the first place? 
I have no idea whether the team steering this ship have the nous to pull this off. That's the part of the gamble that concerns me. However, if they do pull it off, 10, 15, 20, 30c will be a distant memory.
