That's the hillarious part of his downramps, he claims that the price of tungsten will kill SEI but not impact the tungsten stock he owns.
In actual fact SEI is the only stock that doesn't require 100's of millions of dollars and years to commence production.
Anyway I've stopped replying to him, contributes zero to any discussion.
