It would appear that the Tilt energy numbers may not include the site as Readymix may be staying in as a partner .
I haven't been able to find an announcement setting out the terms of that JV but on the 7/2/18 Tilt included this statement in a project update announcement.
"The site at the old Highbury Quarry is currently owned by project partner Holcim Australia"
