And this is exactly why managements ARR forecasts are complete bs and misinformation. They x12 current month revenue to create ARR when they know a major client is declining subscriptions or is not contracted for anything beyond the end of month and they just hope they don't cancel. Actually think it's more rotten than I gave them credit for.
